At Lakinza K-beauty, we want you to love your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our fulfillment center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
