Yes, 100%. We source all our skincare and makeup directly from authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to ensure every product is authentic and fresh.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
Do you offer samples with orders?
We love letting you try new things! Most orders include a selection of free K-beauty samples, subject to availability, so you can discover your next favorite product.
How can I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products usually list the manufacturing date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). If you are unsure how to read the packaging, our customer service team is happy to help.
Is Lakinza K-beauty cruelty-free?
We prioritize brands that do not test on animals. While many of our brands are 100% cruelty-free and vegan, we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific certifications.
